Section 1

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The minimum deposit amount on tk671 is ৳500. We support the following mobile payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service.

When making a deposit, use your registered number or account details. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending identity verification or while any investigation is ongoing on the account. Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6 for details).

Gaming Rules

• The use of bots, scripts, or automated software while playing any game is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained due to a technical error or malfunction may be cancelled.

• Colluding with other players ("collusion") is strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk671 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — this applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The time limit for meeting wagering requirements and which games count towards wagering will be stated in the relevant bonus terms. In general, some games may be excluded or only partially count towards wagering.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tk671 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and account in cases of any abuse or manipulation of the bonus system. This includes collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, betting against each other, and attempting to withdraw funds from bonuses without risk.

VIP Program

tk671's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on player activity. Details on cashback amounts, payment timing, and tier changes will be outlined in the separate VIP terms. tk671 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

Section 8

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk671 and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering or using illegally obtained funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors in the platform.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Submitting false or forged identity documents.
• Making fraudulent claims through chargebacks or payment disputes.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• Service disruption caused by problems with your device or network.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or circumstances beyond human control.

Our liability is always limited to the balance held in your tk671 account. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
